G2 Interclass Competition
比賽介紹
本次比賽以韻律詩歌(gē)爲表現形式,鼓勵學生運用(yòng)多(duō)樣的(de),具有創造力的(de)形式進行語言展示。我們希望孩子們在活動中通(tōng)過練習(xí)發音(yīn),語音(yīn)語調,記憶詩歌(gē)内容來(lái)提高(gāo)口語的(de)練習(xí)機會,并使孩子們在學習(xí)和(hé)班級交流中感受英文學習(xí)的(de)樂(yuè)趣。
The purpose of this competition is to encourage our students to express themselves creatively, to develop their oral skills, and to have fun with language. We hope that you will support your child in preparing for this event by helping them practice their pronunciation and intonation, and memorize their lines.
本次比賽僅包括一個(gè)類别和(hé)一輪決賽;評判标準将包括語言準确性、聲音(yīn)和(hé)清晰度、表演呈現、詩歌(gē)理(lǐ)解的(de)呈現 4 個(gè)部分(fēn)。獲獎者将在比賽最後公布并将獲得(de)證書(shū)及獎品。
The competition will consist of only one category, group and one round, the final round. The participants will be judged based on accuracy, voice and articulation, dramatic appropriateness, understanding and stage presentation. The winners of the competition will be announced at the end and will receive certificates and prizes.

For this successful interclass competition praised by all the parents, what did the students and teachers prepare in advance? Here comes the answer.
在過去的(de)4周裏,中外教一起幫助選手們進行比賽前的(de)準備。
In the past 4 weeks, all the classes practiced and worked hard in both the Chinese and Foreign teachers classes in a combined effort to ensure that everyone is well prepared for the day of the event.
學生們在英文教室内得(de)到了(le)來(lái)自英文老師的(de)幫助。課堂内的(de)練習(xí)是以班級爲單位的(de)整理(lǐ)練習(xí)。最終孩子們在舞台上也(yě)需要以整班的(de)形式誦讀自己班級的(de)韻律詩歌(gē)。
Students practiced with the help and support of their English teachers in class. This time around the Interclass Competition for Grade 2 was a whole class presentation. Students all got on stage as a class and recited their class poem.
在課堂練習(xí)階段,學生們需要将自己的(de)詩歌(gē)進行誦讀。班裏練習(xí)表現最佳的(de)兩位同學将要在決賽的(de)舞台上進行詩歌(gē)的(de)單獨展示。
Within the class students were asked to recite individual poems in preparation for the finals. The top two students in class were then asked to recite their individual poem during the final round on stage.
爲了(le)讓學生們能夠更好在決賽現場(chǎng)進行展示,學生們在老師的(de)幫助下(xià),完成了(le)整個(gè)比賽的(de)彩排。彩排的(de)完成也(yě)能讓孩子們更加自信地爲決賽的(de)表演做(zuò)好充分(fēn)的(de)準備。
To help students prepare for their final performances the students conducted a rehearsal with the help and support of their teachers. The purpose of the rehearsal is to make students feel more confident and ready for the final show.
爲了(le)讓家長(cháng)更加有活動參與感,我們也(yě)通(tōng)過邀請函的(de)發送,邀請各位2年級的(de)家長(cháng)們來(lái)與老師和(hé)同學們一起感受班際競賽的(de)現場(chǎng)。
Parents were sent a personal invitation to come to school and enjoy the show alongside the grade 2 students and teachers.
決賽要求學生們以班級爲單位誦讀詩歌(gē)。
In this final round students will recite their class poems as a whole class performance.
另外在班級比賽的(de)間隙,我們也(yě)邀請了(le)一些同學進行了(le)才藝展示。
In addition to the class recitations we had some students perform their individual poems in between the class performances this was done to showcase some individual student talent.
比賽結束後,英語學習(xí)中心Ryan主任爲獲獎班級進行了(le)頒獎并爲孩子們的(de)精彩表現作出了(le)肯定與鼓勵。
After the last class presented an award ceremony and speech from our Director was conducted to conclude our Grade 2 Interclass Competition.
